In this role, you’ll collaborate with a team of seasoned professionals to assist clients in efficiently managing the entire contract lifecycle. Leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence and machine learning, you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming how our clients handle contracts. Your contributions will include project management, service delivery insight, and execution. Responsibilities: 

  • Supporting day-to-day Contracting Process operations with a focus on SLA management and queue management.
  • Providing direct support to clients for workflow management.
  • Managing contract approvals routing.
  • Handling escalation management and routing.
  • Managing program-specific documents for process execution.
  • Supporting key aspects of client engagements, reporting to project leadership.
  • Assisting in client interviews and overseeing information gathering.
  • Creating, preparing, and maintaining project status reports.
  • Analyzing and documenting processes and workflows.
  • Applying technical and analytical skills to resolve issues.
  • Compiling findings and making recommendations.
  • Preparing project deliverables.
  • Assisting in the preparation of executive-level presentations and materials.

Essential skills & experience required:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), including Contract Data Migration, Template Rationalization, Contract Processes, and CLM Technologies.
  • Professional demeanor with strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, capable of both self-management and teamwork to achieve project objectives.
  • Ability to thrive under tight deadlines while prioritizing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to analyze data to inform decisions and recommendations.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple business systems simultaneously to support workflow and tracking.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in data analysis.
  • Experience in Project Management
  • Background in risk management/contract management.
  • Experience working in a professional services firm
