What’s the role?
Our client is looking for Finacle L2 Application Support in multiple locations.
Responsibilities:
- Finacle CBS application support and maintenance.
- Responsible for contributing towards various phases of Finacle L2 Support project lifecycle, such as Finacle Core/CRM application maintenance and support.
- Analyze incidents in Finacle Wealth management and provide solution/work around for the issues independently.
- End to End Handing of Finacle application production issues with work ranging from incident analysis, Code fix, SIT Testing,
- UAT Test planning (Scope, duration), UAT support for user, Source promotion to production.
- Coordinate recurring issues and ensure long-term resolution through proper Incident and Problem Management.
- Working in a stretch role to take forward production issues from analysis to production fix/deployment.
- Providing status to leads, stakeholders and working with vendors to review the design/fix/enabling for production deployment.
Skills & Experience required:
- Bachelor’s Degree / BE/B.Tech/MCA/MTech
- 2 to 5 years of overall experience
- Must have Good functional and technical knowledge of Finacle UBS.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of finacle functional experience in L2 CBS Core/CRM support.
- Solid understanding of BAU support, incident, problem management processes as well as escalation management across a diversified environment.
- Pro-active, independent, resourceful and able to work in a team.
- Sound understanding of RDBMS / Unix.
- High attention to detail with focus on understanding the issues with finding solutions.
