The role involves the set-up, implementation, and growth of key strategies to maximize market opportunities.

Your day-to-day activities

  • Finacle techno-functional support.
  • Problem analysis and impact analysis of the issues reported.
  • Simulate the issue, troubleshoot the problem, data correction, and root cause analysis.
  • Finalize workaround/approach for issue resolution.
  • Test fix/workaround/solution for an issue and provide an explanation to Bank’s team.
  • Providing simple SQL extracts on a need basis.
  • Data correction of any kind.
  • Provide support to Bank’s team to move the fixes to the production environment.
  • Providing support to Bank’s team for services monitoring/infrastructure.
  • Coordinate with the offshore L3 team for product fixes.
  • Provide support for any issues during EOD execution.
  • Managing the UAT environment (Non-Prod) and keep it up to date for regular testing purposes.
  • All the standard procedures and controls are documented for audit requirements
  • Simulate EOM / EOQ / EOY in UAT before the actual run to anticipate the issues

Desired expertise

  • Minimum 3+ years 0f experience in providing techno-functional support/development
  • Must have 2 yrs of finnacle implementation experience.
  • Should be able to connect and resolve issues raised by stakeholders
  • Have a clear understanding of implementation/support protocols
  • Innovation mindset on continuous

Skills and experience

  • Technical Graduation / Diploma
  • Very good communication skills
  • Customer Service orientation
