This is an exciting opportunity to join our client’s fast growing, global Banking Operations support business. We are looking for global markets banking operations professionals to join our team and support one of our clients who are looking to grow their business. We’re looking for strong candidates who can own/manage/clear breaks, complete reconciliations and remediation on a daily basis.

Tell Me More:

• Location:  New York City (Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 remote – First 6 weeks full time in office)
• Hourly Rate:  $25-$55/hr, depending on experience (which if worked full time for a year is the salary equivalent of $52,000-$114,400/yr) **this role is to be paid based on hours worked**
• Work Pattern:  Monday-Friday, standard business hours
• Start Date:  ASAP
• Contract Length: 6 months with opportunity to extend/permanent hire

What knowledge, skills, and experience we need:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• **Product experience (one or more of the following): Futures, Credit Derivatives, OTC Derivatives (Fixed Income/Equities/Cleared)
• Be Deadline driven with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and proactive team player, who takes ownership and accountability of projects
• Have strong numerical and decision-making skills
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage multiple activities and prioritize tasks
• Confidence to escalate issues to leadership team
• Pro-active approach and ability to identify solutions to operational challenge
