What’s the role?

You will be part of a highly talented R&D organization building state-of-the-art, scalable, secure enterprise products. You will be at the fore-front of delivering innovative solutions that solve complex enterprise business process related problems.


Your day-to-day activities will include

  • Working with a sales team to determine solutions to customers’ challenges and supporting the sales team to present proposals to clients.
  • Providing demonstrations, presentations, training, consultation and sales support services for the sales team and existing clients.
  • Building relationships with customers and proactively seeking new sales opportunities by developing new relationships with prospective clients.
  • Analyze markets to match the use cases from the platform with the potential customers
  • Planning of sales strategies, the positioning in contrast to the competitors and the demonstration of the business to the decision makers of the prospect customers
  • Assist sales team in qualifying the prospects through their deep understanding of the platform and the customers pain points
  • Preparation of presentations about the platform for the usage of the sales department
  • Participate in creation of marketing concepts , strategies and campaigns
  • Coordination and organization of demand generating activities like tradeshows, company events or customer workshops
  • Engagement with the customers and interpretation of their needs and propose solutions


What Knowledge, Skills & Experience We Need

  • Engineering Graduate with an MBA preferably in Marketing
  • Overall diverse / cross functional experience of in IT products / services / platforms with a minimum 5 years in pre-sales
  • Self-Starter, Individual Contributor and adaptable to start up environment
  • Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Analytical skills and the ability to recognize the demands on the side of the clients & strong problem resolution skills
  • Agile, swift in decision making , high perseverance and a positive outlook
