Our client is seeking a Regulatory Specialist to support the Regulatory Change Management team. The Regulatory Specialist will execute a series of Quality Assurance checks to review updates made to the Regulatory Library. The Regulatory Specialist will also ensure 3rd party feeds are coming in accurately and completely, and then research/resolve issues that may arise. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail and will also need to perform initial review of the new rules/changes to rules to perform an initial assessment of impact to regulatory compliance requirements.

  • Location: Hybrid, working 2-3 days onsite at New York City office location
  • Hourly Rate: $20-$40/hr, DOE (which if worked full time for a year is the salary equivalent of $41,600-$83,200/yr) **this role is to be paid based on hours worked**
  • Work Pattern: Monday-Friday, standard business hours
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Contract Length: 9-12 months with opportunity to extend

Your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Support with the execution of updates to the Regulatory Library in the U.S., including review of data feeds and propose changes to the Library
  • Assist with the design of reports, dashboards and metrics related to maintaining the Regulatory Library up-to-date

What knowledge, skills, and experience we need:

  • Compliance experience focused in Regulatory Library
  • Strong data skills, experience with managing large sets of data in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Microsoft OpenPages preferred
