Are you an experienced professional with a background in complaints handling or general insurance? We’re looking for a Complaints Handling Officer to join a leading general insurer based in Melbourne!
Location: Melbourne (Hybrid work arrangement)
Start Date: From w/c 13 January
Duration: 3-6 month contract
Pay Rate: $500pd – $800pd/day + super
👉 Manage complaints and ensure timely resolutions within case targets and quality benchmarks.
👉 Handle customer interactions via email, letter, and phone.
We are looking to speak with people who have strong complaints experience within customer-facing, including both written (email, letter) and verbal (phone) communication.
