Emma is an experienced and dedicated people manager with over a decade of expertise in the Banking and Financial Services sector.
Currently serving as Head of Talent Acquisition in Australia, Emma joined as the first employee and has played a critical role in supporting scaling of the business from the ground up alongside Simon Rippon. She now leads a high-performing team of recruitment consultants while overseeing strategic recruitment initiatives, workforce planning, and stakeholder engagement.
Emma has driven and supported recruitment operations, up to over 900 contractors concurrently across multiple clients and sites. She has provided account management for more than 30 clients, ranging from small enterprises to large corporates.
Known for her people-first leadership style, Emma excels in building strong client relationships, coaching her team to success, and consistently delivering high quality recruitment outcomes.
