  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to work as a team player
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on quality outputs
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise ,and manage time effectively

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

  • Handling inbound calls from Business Banking customers
  • Provide clear and concise information to customers
  • Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up on all interactions.
  • Maintain the accuracy of data in systems

The Opportunity:

  • Start: ASAP
  • Rate: $37.18ph + super
  • Location: Sydney CBD offices (3 days p/w in the office after training is complete)
  • Contract: 6-12 months
  • Hours: Full-time hours (9:00 am - 5:00 pm): Monday - Friday
