About the role
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Controls Testing specialist to work on a Financial Crime Operations project. The role is initially a 6-month FTC based in the Sydney CBD.

What you'll be doing:

• Prioritisation of Key Controls is underway
• Financial Crime Operations (incl. Screening, TM, KYC etc) is a key area for Controls testing
  • This includes Revocations and Exclusions Controls (linked to gaming/ gambling)
• Other focus areas at the next stage of priority
  • Gaming and Product Strategy
  • HR, People & Performance
  • Chief Operating Officer (COO)
  • Transformation Office
  • Sustainability, Products
  • Finance and Legal

• Location: Sydney CBD - Mon-Thu in the office
• Rate: Competitive depending on experience
• Start Dates: ASAP in October
• Duration: 6-month FTC contract initially

What we're looking for:

• Proven track record of controls design and testing
• Financial Crime / AML industry experience
• Excellent understanding of risk management frameworks, internal control best practices, and compliance requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
