Momenta was able to leverage our existing network of qualified and experienced compliance resources, securing multiple, specialist roles for the Casino under Permanent and Contingent options.
Momenta resourced a Head of Financial Crime & Governance from within the Financial Services industry, a Financial Crime team leader from within the on-line gaming industry and a Financial Crime Remediation leader from the Professional Services industry to design, scope, build and implement the Regulatory response.
Momenta's resources were quickly secured, on-boarded and commenced in their roles, further supporting and enabling the existing Risk and Compliance teams).
The nature of the Regulatory response required a variable cadence of intakes across the roles, with two of the resources taking Permanent roles, and one taking a 12 month Maximum-term contract.
The permanent resources were based on-site and the maximum-term resources was able to work remotely, travelling to and staying at the Casino location as required.
The casino continues to rely upon Momenta's delivery capabilities with on-going engagement and resourcing requirements.
