What’s the role?
We’re looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our client’s team and manage a portfolio of claims end-to-end. You’ll be the key contact for the claims, ensuring smooth communication and resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of claims with a proactive, customer-focused approach.
- Providing updates & support to policyholders throughout the claims process.
- Investigating claims, reviewing policies, and determining coverage.
- Preparing reports and settling claims efficiently.
Essential skills & experience required:
- Background within claims will be highly favorable.
- Strong customer service skills (retail, call centre, and back office support roles or any insurance background).
- Excellent communication skills – need to be comfortable with high-volume calls.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Claims or general insurance experience (preferred but not essential).
