Cath joined Momenta in 2017 to lead the HR function. Her focus covers all areas of HR, and ensures the key programs of reward and recognition, performance management, development, employee engagement and wellbeing support the expanding geographical business with a global, yet local emphasis.

Cath has a BSc in Management Science (Economics) and is a Member of the CIPD. Prior to joining Momenta, Cath worked for 16 years at Deloitte where she worked in close strategic partnership with her client groups to enable successful change management programs and development of senior leaders.
