John joined Momenta as CFO in November 2018. His background is within Business Services, Outsourcing and Technology businesses, where he has managed finance teams across the UK, US, Australia, India and SE Asia.

A Chartered Accountant, he was an auditor in practice for 10 years, first with Robson Rhodes then PricewaterhouseCoopers. After leaving the audit profession, he joined Xchanging PLC, a London listed Technology & BPO outsourcing Company, where he worked across a number of senior financial roles including as Divisional CFO for Xchanging’s outsourced services business to its Insurance customers; as Divisional CFO for its technology businesses; and as the Group’s Commercial Director.

John also sat on the Board’s of Xchanging’s joint ventures with Lloyd’s of London, which were responsible for processing and settling Premiums & Claims across the London Insurance Market. Following the acquisition of Xchanging by CSC Inc. (now DXC), John left to become CFO of Validis, a Fintech providing software to Auditors and Commercial Lenders in the UK & North America, helping the business to raise more equity to fund its growth.
