Simon has been with Momenta since 1999, working originally at Head Office in London in key resourcing and implementation roles until his relocation to Sydney in 2017 to set up and lead the Australian operation, which was a key part of the firms expansion and diversification strategy.

Simon is responsible for operations within the Australia business and manages the implementation and delivery of both partner and client projects. Simon has extensive experience of specialist search and selection, working closely with a large range of blue chip and global clients.
