What’s the role?

Exciting entry-level position working for a Bank on a remediation program of work.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate experience in supporting a team, have organisational skills and be a great team player!

Responsibilities: 

You will be responsible for providing support which will involve the following administrative duties:

  • Responsible for the management of documents for the project team.
  • Update data spreadsheets and other internal systems, including electronic filing.
  • Receiving, reviewing and sorting communications and reflecting this within the internal banking systems.
  • Data entry and updating various systems.
  • Ensuring all customer communication is recorded and updated appropriately.
  • Updating and reviewing collateral management records within internal banking systems.

Skills & Experience required:

  • A background in banking/ financial services or a similar professional environment would be ideal however, we are open to people’s experiences.
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • You must have highly developed written and verbal communication skills
