What’s the Role?

Our client Deloitte, the global consultancy and advisory organisation and the world’s largest professional services network, known as one of the ‘Big 4’, is looking for experienced Collection Team Leaders to assist a high street bank on an established Collections project.

Your day-to-day activities will include:

• Manage a team of up to 15 FTEs remotely
• Deliver training and provide technical support to case reviewers
• Ensure performance targets are met and maintain high-quality standards
• Proactively manage risks and escalate issues as needed
• Provide clear communication and performance updates to your team

What knowledge, skills & experience we need

• Must have Team Leader experience within financial services & banking collections
• Telephony/call centre experience desirable
• Ability to provide excellent customer service, particularly for vulnerable individuals
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Driven to achieve targets and maintain a high level of organisation
• Comfortable working with multiple banking systems and analytics
• Stakeholder management experience
