What’s the role? 

We’re looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our client’s team and manage a portfolio of claims end-to-end. You’ll be the key contact for the claims, ensuring smooth communication and resolution.

Responsibilities: 

  • Managing a portfolio of claims with a proactive, customer-focused approach.
  • Providing updates & support to policyholders throughout the claims process.
  • Investigating claims, reviewing policies, and determining coverage.
  • Preparing reports and settling claims efficiently.

Essential skills & experience required:

  • Background within claims will be highly favorable.
  • Strong customer service skills (retail, call centre, and back office support roles or any insurance background).
  • Excellent communication skills – need to be comfortable with high-volume calls.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Claims or general insurance experience (preferred but not essential).
