What’s the role?

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA & Training Manager on a permanent basis to lead and oversee the quality assurance and training functions within our client’s organisation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products, services, and employees meet high-quality standards, while also driving employee development through comprehensive training programs.

The QA & Training Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create and implement best practices, optimise processes, and ensure all team members are equipped with the necessary skills to succeed.

Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct training needs assessments and identify skill gaps to tailor training programs that enhance employee performance and productivity.
  • Design, develop, and implement training programs for employees at all levels, including onboarding, product training, and professional development.
  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and e-learning courses to employees, ensuring effective delivery and knowledge retention.
  • Create and update training manuals, presentations, and other educational resources to ensure consistency and alignment with best practices.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes that align with the organisations objectives and industry standards.

Skills & Experience required:

  • At least 5-7 years of experience in quality assurance, training, or a related field.
  • In-depth understanding of quality assurance methodologies and training techniques. Familiarity with industry standards, auditing processes, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to different audiences.
