About Us:

We are seeking an experienced leader to head our Regulatory Sales & Delivery Team, driving business growth and ensuring robust regulatory practices across our client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with clients, providing strategic guidance and insights on emerging regulatory policies and their implications.
  • Lead the evaluation of regulatory changes, assessing risks and impacts to guide clients through compliance strategies.
  • Foster and maintain robust relationships with major banks, insurance companies, and key regulatory bodies.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team of experts to develop, refine, and implement industry-best practices.
  • Spearhead advisory and compliance projects focusing on consumer duty and customer outcomes.
  • Drive new business development and client base expansion through strategic leadership and outstanding relationship management.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Extensive regulatory experience within the financial services sector.
  • Proven track record in a senior advisory or consulting role, with preference given to experience from Big 4, top-tier consultancies, or industry leaders.
  • Deep understanding of FCA regulations, and practical application of consumer duty regulations.
  • Demonstrated success in business origination and project delivery in a leadership capacity.
