John-Paul is responsible for delivering the corporate direction and strategy for the Momenta Group.

John-Paul is trusted adviser to, and commercial negotiator for, entrepreneurs, private equity firms and listed companies. John-Paul was most recently COO at Gresham House plc, where he was responsible for growing the company from £17m AUM to £2.3bn AUM, 8 to 95 people, the acquisition of 4 public companies, listing of a clean energy fund (LSE:GRID) and the creation of multiple private funds, including the sustainably-focused British Strategic Investment Fund.

Prior to Gresham House, John-Paul was an Investment Director at LDC, the mid-market private equity firm; lead counsel for private equity and hedge fund clients at Coutts & Co and corporate solicitor at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.

John-Paul holds MBAs from Columbia University and London Business School.
