What’s the role?

Are you looking for a new role? Have you spent most of your career in retail, hospitality or customer service and are looking to transfer the skills you’ve gained into a different industry?

We have multiple positions with our client within their Call Centre team, handling inbound and outbound calls. You will provide exceptional assistance to customers relating to Emergency Roadside Assistance.

The role will require you to answer incoming calls from customers and check customers’ safety, policy compliance, answer inquiries and questions, provide assistance in a breakdown scenario, handle feedback, troubleshoot a variety of customer concerns and provide information to customers and clients alike.

This is an entry-level role with full training provided!!
