We have multiple positions with our client within their Call Centre team, handling inbound and outbound calls. You will provide exceptional assistance to customers relating to Emergency Roadside Assistance.

The role will require you to answer incoming calls from customers and check customers’ safety, policy compliance, answer inquiries and questions, provide assistance in a breakdown scenario, handle feedback, troubleshoot a variety of customer concerns and provide information to customers and clients alike.

This is an entry-level role with full training provided!!

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Rate: $58,000 - $61,000 + Super
  • Work Pattern: Full Time - Rotating roster shifts including weekend work. We are looking to hear from people who are interested in afternoon shifts.
